The Oxnard Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing dependent adult. Maria Luisa De La Cerda, a 78 year old female, was reported missing from her residence in the 1900 block of Camino Del Sol in Oxnard at about 5:00 PM. Raya is described as a Hispanic, female, 5’3”, 140 pounds, gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink jacket, pink pants, and white shoes.
It is not known where Raya may have been headed. If you see her, please call the Oxnard Police Department dispatch center at (805) 385-7740

SUBJECT: Oxnard man arrested for possessing a loaded firearm and narcotics
LOCATION: 3200 Block Saviers Road
SUSPECT: Alberto Guillermo Flores, age 27, Oxnard resident

On June 3rd, 2020, at around 3:00 AM, Oxnard Police Officers conducted a traffic stop on a 2018 Toyota Camry for a vehicle code violation in the 3200 block of Saviers Road. The driver, Alberto Guillermo Flores, was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. During a search of Flores’ vehicle, officers located a loaded 9mm semiautomatic handgun on the floor board.
Flores was the sole occupant of the vehicle and was arrested without incident for several felony firearm and narcotic related charges.
