Oxnard police officers are on scene of an injury traffic collision on Rose Avenue north of Fifth Street in the northbound lanes. Northbound traffic on Rose has been diverted at Fifth Street. Southbound Rose Avenue traffic is diverted at Eastman Avenue.
Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes until the scene is reopened. We will advise once it is reopened.
