On November 20, 2021, at 10:57 p.m., officers were dispatched to a shooting victim at an apartment complex in the 2400 block of Alvarado Street. The victim was teenaged male who suffered a gunshot wound to his upper body. He transported to a local hospital in a private vehicle before officers arrived on scene. The victim is currently listed in stable condition. Officers located a crime scene at the location and collected evidence. Detectives from the Violent Crimes Unit responded to assist with the investigation.
