Officers contacted the victim, who stated he was seated in his vehicle in the 500 block of Cuesta Del Mar Drive when he was approached by four subjects. The victim described the suspects as four Hispanic males in their twenties. The victim stated one of the suspects was armed with a sawed off shotgun.
