On April 6, 2018, 6:10 p.m., Officers and Investigators from the Oxnard Police Departments Violent Crimes Unit (VCU) responded to the 3000 blk. of Napa Street regarding a shooting victim. The victim was transported to Ventura County Medical Center where he underwent surgery and is currently listed in stable condition. Investigators are diligently working the case.
