DETALLES:
(OXNARD, California) - The Oxnard Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance and is asking for witnesses to assist in the investigation of the shooting death of 33-year old Eduardo Banales.
En junio 11, 2017 en aproximadamente 10:19 p.m., Banales was shot in the parking lot of Wilson Park, situado en 350 North C Street. Banales was transported to the Ventura County Medical Center (VCMC) by ambulance. Despite the live-saving efforts of the medical staff, Banales died at the hospital on June 13, 2107.
During a canvass of the area, Major Crimes Detectives obtained information that several vehicles were seen leaving the parking lot of Wilson Park shortly after the shooting. One of those vehicles (se muestra a continuación) was described as a newer model white Chevrolet Silverado 4-door full-sized truck. The truck has tinted windows, chrome rims and is possibly a 4×4 with raised suspension and turn signals on the side view mirrors. Detectives believe the driver and occupants of the truck were at the park and witnessed the shooting.
Detectives would like to speak to the driver of the truck and to the occupants. Detectives are requesting that the driver and the occupants call Detective Miguel Serrato at (805) 385-7688.
