NEWS RELEASE

INCIDENT: Attempt Homicide
DATE/TIME: 7-9-2013 / 2055 Hours
LOCATION: 1400 Block of Casa San Carlos    
VICTIM(S): 24 Year old male, Oxnard Resident
SUSPECT(S): Unknown
WITNESS(ES): Withheld pending the investion    
SUSPECT VEHICLE(S): N/A

DETAILS:

On 7-9-13, at 2055 hours, the Oxnard Police Department received several calls of gunshots heard in the 1400 block of Casa San Carlos Lane. Upon arrival officers located one gunshot victim lying in the street. The victim, whose name is being withheld pending the investigation, was transported to the Ventura County Medical Center. He is currently listed in serious condition.
