On 01/13/2020 at approximately 1:15 p.m., officers with the Oxnard Police Department were dispatched to the 100 block of NorthRoosevelt Avenue in reference to a shooting victim. Upon arrival, officers located a 29-year-old male suffering from a single gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is listed in stable condition.
