DETAILS:
On September 24, at approximately 7:56 p.m., officers from the Special Enforcement Unit contacted occupants in a vehicle in the 300 blk. of Featherstone St. The occupants were removed from the vehicle and the driver, Joshua Bracamontes, was found to be in possession of a loaded handgun. Bracamontes was charged with being in possession of a loaded firearm while not being the registered owner (felony) in addition to other firearms violations.
A passenger in the vehicle, Nathan Saffa, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia.
