On July 14, 2018 at around 4:00 P.M. officers from the Oxnard Police Department conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation on a White Chevrolet Impala in the area of 9th and “F” Streets in Oxnard. The driver was identified as Frankie Reveles, a 30 year old Oxnard resident. During the officers’ contact with Reveles, they learned that he was in possession of a loaded, concealed firearm.
Reveles was arrested for carrying a loaded and concealed firearm; both misdemeanors. He was also arrested for vehicle registration fraud, a felony.
