DETAILS:
The Oxnard Police Department is currently searching for a missing 42 year dependent adult who walked away from his group home. Francisco “Frank” Munoz was last seen in the 4400 block of Browning Drive around 6pm this evening. Mr. Munoz has “moderate intellectual disability” and has the metal capacity of a 7-10 year old. Mr. Munoz in non-communicative, but does understand requests and commands. Mr. Munoz is described as a Hispanic male 5’-4” tall, 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Mr. Munoz was last seen wearing a dark colored t-shirt and orange shorts.
Currently the Oxnard Police Department is conducting an area search for Mr. Munoz.
