Today, 11/01/18, at approximately 10:30 a.m., officers from the Oxnard Police Department Auto Theft Task Force (OATTF) were in the area of the 2500 block of Ventura Road when they spotted a Jeep Wrangler reported stolen out the of the city of Pt. Hueneme. The OATTF initiated a traffic stop and contacted the occupants. Timisha Dixon, 28 years old, the driver, was arrested for vehicle theft. Dixon has a prior arrest for vehicle theft from February of this year. Garciduenas, 32 years old, the passenger, was arrested for possession of stolen property.
