On April 08, 2016, at approximately 9:44 p.m., officers from the District Four Community Policing Team were conducting directed patrol of the businesses in the area of the 3000 block of Saviers Road.
Officers located a subject, later identified as Jose Luis Gomez Sandoval, who was in possession of an open container. When officers contacted Sandoval they discovered that he was in possession of a loaded handgun and illegal narcotics. Sandoval was arrested without incident and later booked into the Ventura County Jail.
