DETAILS:
On December 26, 2014, at about 1725 hours, a female suspect entered the Harbor Mart Convenience Store, located at 2810 South Harbor Boulevard. The suspect entered the store armed with a handgun and demanded money from the store employee. The employee complied and handed the suspect an undisclosed amount of currency. The suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction.
Oxnard Police Department Officers obtained information regarding a possible suspect that may have been in possession of a stolen firearm in Port Hueneme. Officers conducted an investigation and located the juvenile female suspect. The firearm was recovered. The clothes worn by the suspect during the robbery were later located at another residence. The money remains outstanding. The female suspect was taken into custody without incident and later transported to the Ventura County Juvenile Detention Center.
