On October 2, 2017, at approximately 9:33 a.m., officers from the Oxnard Police Department and EMS personnel responded to a collision which occurred in the 1900 block of Eastman Avenue. When officers arrived, they discovered that a 2014 Ford Festiva, driven by a 20-year-old male Oxnard resident, had collided with a semi-truck and trailer.
