DETAILS:
On February 17, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Oxnard Police Officers were conducting a warrant service in the 5400 block of Roland Street. Officers observed the warrant suspect, Marco Cerda, entering a vehicle to the rear of a residence. Officers contacted Cerda and observed a .22 caliber rifle next to him in the vehicle. Officers inspected the rifle and found that the rifle was loaded. Cerda was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant and firearms related charges.
