Dog barking!
My next door neighbors let out their tiny dog every evening and the thing just barks away for hours at a time. I've tried to be subtle with them but they don't do anything. I have not reported this yet. What can I do???

Due to technical issues/problems we have been unable to access any of the questions posted on the OPD website in the "Ask the Chief" section. We are working on this issue and hope to soon have the problem fixed. Thanks for your patience.
