DETAILS: 
On 5-28-10, investigators from the Internet Crimes Against Children Regional Task Force served an arrest warrant on Emmanuel Quezada, 25 years old, of Oxnard, for 15 documented counts of distribution of child pornography for commercial consideration.  The charges carry a maximum total sentence of 20 years in State Prison.  The local Internet Crimes Against Children Regional Task Force team was comprised of members from the Oxnard Police Department and Ventura County Sheriff’s Department with assistance from the FBI, Southern California High Tech Task Force, and Ventura County District Attorney’s Office.  The arrest was the result of an 11-month investigation relating to Quezada using publicly available Internet file sharing programs to distribute child pornography.
