DETAILS:
On 3-26-10 officers from the Oxnard Police Department responded to a call of a shooting in the 1200 block of West Birch Street. Upon arrival officers discovered that a parked vehicle was struck by gunfire. No victims were located at the scene. Witnesses described the suspect vehicle as a black vehicle.
