DETAILS:

 

Below are the names of the officers that were involved in the officer involved shooting referenced above.

 

·          Bill Swisher (Patrol) employed at OPD since 1993

·          Terry Dobrosky (Patrol) employed at OPD since 2002

·          Ed Baldwin (Detectives) employed at OPD since 2004

·          Mike Johnson (Special Enforcement Unit) employed at OPD since 2003

·          Rocky Marquez (Special Enforcement Unit) employed at OPD since 2003

·          Kevin Gormley (Special Enforcement Unit) employed at OPD since 2003

 

All of the above officers are currently on paid administrative leave, which is standard department procedure.

 

An investigation is continuing.
